THE BRIARCLIFF MANOR WEDDING: RON & KATIE

2020 certainly threw all it could at Katie and Ron. In the midst of a pandemic, the couple went back and forth on whether they could or should host their August nuptials. It was an especially tough decision for them because they had technically already tied the knot privately AND they already had beautiful wedding photos from when I begged them to model for this wedding editorial. But it was important for them to celebrate with their family as well.

After months in quarantine and careful consideration with their innermost circle, Ron and Katie brainstormed a way to create a perfectly BEAUTIFUL and perfectly safe day. These two certainly proved that just because your guest list is smaller than originally imagined, you can still have a dreamy wedding day filled with style, joy, and love! They decided to pare down and focus on a few key elements that were important to them: florals, couture fashion, and, eh hem, photography. Katie wore two different couture gowns, a delicate pair of lace Bella Bella Shoes, and when around her guests she even had an embroidered white lace face mask! And of course, they still brought the wow factor in the form of a gorgeous floral installation for their ceremony and their venue itself. The Briarcliff Manor wedding venue was the perfect blend of old-world charm and contemporary elegance. The grand manor overlooks breathtaking views of the Hudson Palisades and is located in Briarcliff, NY.
