There have certainly been many highs and lows to this current pandemic lifestyle. A high, for example, would be knowing that I can wear pajamas all day and not feel guilty about it. I wore pajamas all day long before the pandemic, but it was served with a side of “don’t you think you should ATTEMPT to look human today” guilt. So I think I would put “my subconscious has given up” in the pro column. But a really really big low is that my heart is missing travel. Looking back on this gorgeous seaside shoot from March in San Diego has me longing for an alternate reality.
But this time to reflect has made me so grateful to have had the opportunity to photograph such beauty! And actually, this wedding editorial is even more applicable today as couples re-imagine their weddings into more intimate settings or elopements!
