CENTRAL PARK NYC WEDDING: PERRI & GRAHAM

Imagine that you think you're attending an intimate birthday party but you walk through the door and it's actually a wedding! After witnessing it first hand, I can say that the reactions were hilarious...from completely bewildered "nuh uhs" to "I called it!" My personal favorite reaction was the bride's sister - "yea I know you're getting married, you've been engaged for a long time, duh." She just couldn't grasp the TODAY aspect and it was so cute!!

While Perri and Graham are still planning their larger wedding celebration, it was so fun to watch them pull off this epic surprise! When COVID changed their November 2020 wedding plans, they told their closest family and friends that they still wanted the date to feel special and that while there wouldn’t be a wedding that day, there would still be a party. A birthday party. So guests entered the Whitby Hotel carrying birthday presents, but were greeted with champagne and a gorgeous Bride & Groom to-be instead!!

We started the evening with sunset on Perri's grandparents' terrace with sweeping views of Central Park and the surrounding skyline. Then the couple met their guests for an unforgettable ceremony! They even had family and friends join in live via Zoom! Perri's custom beaded gown was originally created for the rehearsal dinner, but it was obviously destined to be an even bigger star. Just look at that sparkle in the last photo! P&G, we are so happy for you guys and cannot wait until we do it all again soon at the Rainbow Room!!! CONGRATULATIONS!
