FRENCH-INSPIRED NYC ENGAGEMENT SESSION: ETIENNE + AILEEN
Etienne & Aileen envisioned a Paris-inspired engagement session as an homage to Etienne's French heritage. Naturally I offered them the opportunity to take me to France, but when that wasn't an option, we challenged each other to find the best places around NYC! After a solid Google search, I stumbled upon "Little France" in the Upper East Side! We started the session at LadurΓ©e for some macarons, then made our way past the French Consulate. Afterwards, we detoured through Central Park before landing at the James B. Duke House. This Upper East Side mansion was created by Bordeaux architect Etienne Laclotte (we couldn't believe we found a place created by another Etienne!) and is now the NYU Institute of Fine Arts. Who knew such beautiful French gems were hidden in the Upper East Side!?!
Paris & New York...they just belong together, don't they?
Aileeeeeeeen, those EYES!!! You are like a porcelain doll!!
